 * Agile Zertifizierung (z. B. Scrum PSM, PSPO, PMI CAPM) oder entsprechende langjährige Praxiserfahrung
 * Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung nach dem Studium in komplexen Organisationen, IT-Großprojekten, Programmen oder Entwicklungsprojekten
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im PMO-Umfeld, idealerweise in Infrastruktur-, Migrations- oder Rolloutprojekten
 * Praktische Kenntnisse im Risiko-, Anforderungs- und Changemanagement
 * Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops sowie in der Präsentation komplexer Sachverhalte
 * Erfahrung in der fachlichen Steuerung und Koordination von Projektteams
 * Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Organisation oder Leitung von Projekten mittlerer bis hoher Komplexität innerhalb der IT-Branche
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1)
 * Reisebereitschaft für projektbezogene Dienstreisen

## Description

* Unterstützung bei der Durchführung und Steuerung komplexer IT-Infrastruktur- und Serviceprojekte
 * Projektcontrolling hinsichtlich Termine, Meilensteine, Budgets und Ressourcen
 * Identifikation, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Risiken, Abhängigkeiten und Änderungen innerhalb der Projektplanung
 * Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Umsetzung eines strukturierten Anforderungs- und Changemanagements
 * Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei organisatorischen und administrativen Sonderthemen
 * Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen, Statusberichten, Protokollen sowie projektbezogenen Dokumentationen
 * Verwaltung von Personal-, Kommunikations-, Abwesenheits- und Vertretungslisten
 * Organisation, Koordination und Durchführung der Regelkommunikation innerhalb der Projektteams
 * Strukturierung und Pflege der Projektablage sowie Sicherstellung einer nachvollziehbaren Dokumentation
 * Unterstützung bei Maßnahmen zur Qualitätssicherung und kontinuierlichen Projektverbesserung
