## Description

* Gesamtverantwortung für die Bereiche Softwareentwicklung, Datenmigration und TestFactory
 * Aufbau, Weiterentwicklung und Skalierung leistungsfähiger Entwicklungs- und Teststrukturen
 * Definition und Umsetzung einer zukunftsorientierten IT- und Cloud-Strategie
 * Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung mehrerer hochspezialisierter Teams sowie Weiterentwicklung der Organisation
 * Steuerung externer Partner, Near-/Offshore-Teams und Dienstleister
 * Etablierung und kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsstandards
 * Leitung und Steuerung komplexer SAP-Entwicklungsprojekte, insbesondere im Umfeld von ABAP OO, CDS, OData und Fiori/UI5
 * Gestaltung und Implementierung von Lösungen auf der SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
 * Verantwortung für Datenmigrationsarchitekturen, ETL-Prozesse sowie deren Qualitätssicherung
 * Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung einer automatisierten TestFactory, insbesondere für E2E-, Regressions- und automatisierte Tests
