* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der SAP-HCM-Systemlandschaft
 * Analyse, Optimierung und Umsetzung von Anforderungen aus dem Personalwesen
 * Customizing und Weiterentwicklung in den SAP-HCM-Modulen PA, PY und PT
 * Entwicklung und Anpassung von Lösungen mittels ABAP
 * Mitarbeit an der Migration der bestehenden Landschaft in die SAP Private Cloud sowie an S/4HANA-nahen Projekten
 * Betreuung von Schnittstellen und Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Datenaustauschs
 * Eigenständige Durchführung von Projekten von der Konzeption bis zur Produktivsetzung
