 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Notebooks, PCs, Druckern und Scannern
 * Benutzer- und Rechteverwaltung in Azure AD / Active Directory (Accounts, Gruppen, Lizenzen)
 * Patch- und Update-Management für Clients und Standardsoftware
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten und Migrationen (Rollouts, Upgrades, Umstellungen)
 * Onboarding/Offboarding von Mitarbeitern (Hardware, Accounts, Zugänge)
 * Erstellung und Pflege von How-To-Anleitungen und Support-Dokumentationen
