## Description

* Verantwortung für Betrieb, Sicherheit und Weiterentwicklung der zentralen IT-Infrastruktur
 * Administration und Optimierung der Server-, Windows- und Netzwerkumgebung
 * Sicherstellung von Backup, Recovery, Verfügbarkeit und IT-Security
 * Bearbeitung komplexer technischer Störungen im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support
 * Steuerung der IT-Betreuung der Niederlassungen und externer Dienstleister
 * Planung und Umsetzung von IT-Infrastruktur- und Digitalisierungsprojekten
 * IT-Beschaffung, Lifecycle-Management und technische Dokumentation
 * Anwenderunterstützung und Schulung sowie bei Bedarf Reisetätigkeit (< 10 %) im nord- und mitteldeutschen Raum
