## Description

* Technical Support: Resolve incoming employee for desktop software, hardware, laptops (Mac and PC), and mobile devices.
 * System Administration: Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows, linux and macOS) and business applications.
 * Network Maintenance: Troubleshoot basic LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and printer connectivity issues cabling install and troubleshooting.
 * User Management: Set up new user accounts, manage password resets, and administer basic access permissions. badge creation and management.
 * Documentation: Track IT requests, document solutions, and escalate complex network or security problems to senior staff.
