Should be capable of fixing vulnerability reported on these platforms and provide remediation within TTR time. * Vulnerability management - Candidate must have good hands on experience on Vulnerability management, to identify the fix based on CV numbers, java and OS related fixes. * Good knowledge on VMWare ESX host maintenance and resource management - Memory/cpu/Disk addition/removal . * Expertise on Veritas cluster and volume manager products. Configure/upgrade and maintenance of VCS/VXVM. * Ansible knowledge with experience on writing minimum requirement scripts and good knowledge on Ansible Tower handling. * Good experience on Shell scripting and python is added advantage, * Bachelor's degree in computer science engineering or a related discipline or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree is beneficial * 8 years of software development or related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus * Proficiency in Linux, Virtualization,VXVM, Ansible and any automation tool * Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting. ## Description * The Support Analyst needs to be well versed in Patching methodology which includes - Satellite registration/troubleshooting, yum repository configuration/maintenance, rpm related concepts and fixes. Capable to update the ansible and BL Jobs as needed to the requirement., Designs, implements, integrates and supports various mainframe, mid-frame, distributed, web, and PC operating systems and ancillary products.Monitors infrastructure and respond to incidents, perform routine health checks and validations after changes or significant incidents, follows defined procedures for routine, low priority incident resolution.Escalate to second level infrastructure support for new or high priority incidents.Implement automation for routine tasks.May mentor or provide guidance for junior team members.Contributes to the achievement of related teams' objectivesMODIFIED BASED UPON LOCAL REGULATIONS/REQUIREMENTSBachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required4 - 6 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
