* Strong, recent, production Backend coding execution with a Node / TypeScript focus
 * A highly product-focused engineering mentality
 * Proven depth in working and scaling with high-volume, high-scale products (ideally products with millions of users, using event-driven workflows, and asynchronous systems under heavy load)
 * Strong SQL relational database mastery
 * Demonstrated ability to mentor other engineers and clarify requirements during live coding, even when given ambiguous initiatives, without relying on AI tools as a crutch.
 * Connection to sports or passion mission-driven companies strongly preferred**
