Your work directly supports employees, operations, and safety by ensuring reliable access to technology, applications, and equipment that power critical steel production and business processes. What You'll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities) * Provide technical support via phone, email, chat, ticketing systems, and in person * Support both onsite employees and remote locations * Install, configure, test, and support IT infrastructure and business applications * Order, deploy, track, and manage inventory of new, used, and loaner IT equipment * Troubleshoot and maintain computers, laptops, phones, printers, servers, conference room A/V, digital signage, access control systems, and network devices * Create and maintain user accounts and group memberships * Procure, configure, distribute, and support mobile devices * Assist with software installation, licensing, and troubleshooting * Create and maintain technical documentation * Participate in IT projects and perform additional duties as assigned * Rotate through on-call IT support, including evenings and weekends as needed Safety is a core value.
