## About the Role

* Strong user-centered mindset with skills in Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) to lead end-to-end product design.
 * Ability to plan and execute User Research, including interviews, usability tests, and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data.
 * Proficiency in Visual Design and Prototyping using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to create high-quality interfaces and interactions.
 * Experience leading UX initiatives, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and mentoring designers in a fast-paced environment.
 * Background in designing B2B or SaaS platforms; experience in loyalty, e-commerce, or mar-tech ecosystems is a plus.
 * Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 * Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
 * Comfort working fully remotely, with strong organizational skills and a proactive, collaborative work style.

## Description

As a UX Designer Lead at Sparta Loyalty, you will guide the end-to-end user experience for our loyalty and gift card products in a full-time, remote role. You will own the UX vision, collaborate with product managers and developers to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces, and ensure consistent, user-centered design across web and mobile touchpoints. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and conducting user research, mapping user journeys, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and refining visual design elements to support brand and usability standards. You will mentor other designers, establish best practices, and champion design thinking within cross-functional teams to continually improve customer and partner experiences.
