Preferred Qualifications * Experience with Cisco network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless solutions; Cisco certification such as CCNA, CCNP, or similar preferred. * Familiarity with cloud services and cloud networking concepts. * Familiarity with operational technology (OT) environments and the networking considerations associated with industrial control systems. * Experience with endpoint management tools and processes. * Experience with network monitoring and management tools. * Familiarity with firewall administration, network security practices, and segmentation. * Experience supporting multi-site environments. ## Description The Network Engineer / Systems Support role is responsible for supporting the company's network infrastructure, endpoint environment, and day-to-day technical support needs. This position ensures the reliability, performance, and security of wired and wireless networks, provides help-desk support to end users, and assists with endpoint management across the organization.
