## About the Role

* 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
 * 3+ years supporting MDM, Data Governance, ERP, or PLM transformation projects.
 * 2+ years of experience in Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences industries.
 * Hands-on experience with change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.
 * Experience working in regulated environments with standards such as ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, or MDR.
 * Strong stakeholder management, communication, training, and leadership skills.
 * Ability to work with cross-functional and matrixed teams.
 * Experience translating technical concepts into simple business language.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Prosci Certified Change Practitioner or CCMP certification.
 * Knowledge of Data Governance frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support a large-scale Master Data Management (MDM) transformation within a global medical device organization.
The ideal candidate will lead change management activities to help business and technical teams successfully adopt new data governance processes, standardized workflows, and MDM systems. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Commercial organizations. Key Responsibilities

 * Lead organizational change management activities for MDM and data governance initiatives.
 * Develop communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption strategies.
 * Help transition teams from legacy data processes to standardized data governance models.
 * Work with business and technical teams to identify change impacts and adoption challenges.
 * Support executive sponsors and Data Stewards in driving organizational change.
 * Simplify complex data governance concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
 * Identify and address user resistance and process challenges.
 * Track adoption, compliance, and process adherence metrics.
