## About the Role

* A critical thinker and a problem solver with a keen eye for identifying problems in workflows and processes (and driving them to a resolution)
 * Previous experience and exposure to the game production process (as part of a game dev studio or otherwise)
 * Skilled in identifying performance bottlenecks and implementing optimisations, with a strong focus on memory management, frame rate stability, and reducing load times
 * Experience with analytics-driven development and A/B testing in live games would be a plus
 * Excellent communication skills and a strong teamwork mindset
 * Good sense of gameplay experience and special attention to detail
 * Speak and write English

## Description

We are looking for a senior Unity C# Game Developer who has been a primary contributor to the Game architecture, Feature development, and design for several casual games. You will collaborate with a variety of experts: Product Managers, Game Artists, Game Developers, Tech Engineers, Monetization Managers, Data Analysts...

 * Work closely with small teams of Unity Game Developers and Artists
 * Implement game logic and systems in C# using Unity
 * Adapt and work within an existing code base, enhancing its functionality, stability and performance
 * Provide guidance and share your expertise
 * Ensure timely delivery of high-quality results, * Advanced Unity knowledge (3y+) including scripting in C#, UI systems, animation, particle systems, etc.
