On an ongoing basis this position provides support to a wide variety technology. You will identify root causes of operational issues for new or existing technology solutions to resolve them. You will also help develop tools and scripts to facilitate maintenance and administration. You will also be responsible for execution of small to medium-scale projects supported by Starbucks Technology teams, under the direction of the manager. You will be expected to guide Partners at the facility for to the appropriate support venue for their technology issues and will work with other technology teams/vendors to resolve issues. This role requires technical proficiency and working knowledge of enterprise-scale systems and cloud-based systems.
