 * Strong knowledge/background in Python, ML framework, training/inference pipelines, distributed processing, scalable ML, and production software engineering
 * Minimum 12 years of experience and a Master's degree related to the labor category; or related bachelor's plus 5 additional years of related senior experience, for 17 total years, as substitute for master's., * Experience supporting MSIC and DIA programs
 * Agile, cloud, or modernization experience
 * Background in process improvement or analytical services
 * Experience with MLOps, GPUs/HPC, containerization, cloud, data engineering, and model deployment

 * Design robust, fault-tolerant, scalable machine-learning pipelines
 * Automate training and inference
 * Scale data-scientist models
 * Support distributed hyperparameter tuning
 * Develop production-grade ML code
