This position will focus on RHEL systems engineering, automation, cybersecurity compliance, and infrastructure support within a DoD environment. Day to Day: * Administer and troubleshoot RHEL/Linux enterprise environments. * Design, secure, and maintain Cisco/Juniper network infrastructure. * Automate system provisioning, configuration, and compliance using Ansible, Terraform, Bash, and Python. * Support VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, and hybrid infrastructure environments. * Implement and maintain DISA STIG, RMF, and DoD cybersecurity compliance requirements. * Perform vulnerability remediation, system hardening, and continuous monitoring activities. * Support Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code initiatives. * Troubleshoot network, system, and application performance issues. * Participate in testing, deployments, architecture reviews, and change management processes. * Create technical documentation and provide engineering support to program leadership.
