## About the Role

* Systems Engineer : Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline and 2 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 0 years of related professional/military experience.
 * Principal Systems Engineer: Bachelor of Science degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) discipline and 5 years of related professional/military experience, OR a Master of Science degree in a STEM discipline and 3 years of related professional/military experience, OR a PhD in a STEM discipline and 1 year of experience.
 * Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.
 * Experience with applied SysML using Cameo Systems Modeler or Equivalent software., * Systems engineering experience across requirements, architecture, integration, verification, and validation
 * Proficiency with Agile workflows (e.g., Scrum/Kanban), including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery
 * Experience developing and implementing configuration management for MBSE models and architecture baselines (e.g., versioning, baselining, traceability, change control) in tools such as Cameo/MagicDraw or Rhapsody
 * Demonstrated strength in communication and technical writing
 * Proven ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and timelines
 * Strong presentation skills, including the ability to brief complex technical topics to both internal leadership and external stakeholders

## Description

* Familiarity with model governance concepts, such as configuration management and control processes.
 * Ability to review models for compliance with organizational modeling standards and best practices.
 * Work on an agile team utilizing Jira to track work progress
 * Communicate effectively and clearly present technical approaches and findings at technical and program reviews and boards.
 * Apply extensive technical expertise in the development of technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
