## Description

* Take ownership of complex product experiences from discovery through delivery - shaping strategy, defining problems, and crafting thoughtful solutions.
 * Collaborate cross - functionally with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to align on goals and ship user-centric experiences.
 * Lead design initiatives with a strong understanding of user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
 * Use a variety of research methods, data, and insights to inform and validate design decisions.
 * Create clear, elegant flows and interactions across web and mobile platforms, considering edge cases and accessibility from the start.
 * Drive design critiques and mentor mid-level and junior designers to elevate design quality and thinking.
 * Act as a voice for the user while balancing product and engineering priorities.
 * Contribute to design standards, UX principles, and ways of working that help raise the overall design bar.
 * Help guide the evolution of our product and design practices in collaboration with the broader design and product team.
