## Description

The Sr. Test Engineer will establish test procedures and oversee product testing throughout development and production stages., * Coordinate and execute tests during the quality control phase of manufacturing.

 * Gather and analyze information on materials and components used in production.
 * Develop proposals for testing programs and procedures, specifying testing conditions.
 * Conduct tests on new products and design systems to collect digital data during testing.
 * Analyze test data to assess the accuracy and reliability of results.
 * Identify and address issues with new products, recommending or implementing solutions.
 * Continue testing and refinement until results meet product requirements and specifications.
 * Prepare detailed technical reports and recommend production modifications based on findings.
 * Develop and integrate quality control testing procedures into the production process.
 * Seek innovative methods to save time and reduce costs while maintaining quality effectiveness.
 * Maintain a positive work environment that supports the company's culture.
 * Promote a healthy and safe work environment, focusing on employee well-being.
 * Strengthen relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
 * Oversee inventory management and merchandise allocation to ensure efficient and cost-effective product flow through the warehouse.
