This program includes, but is not limited to, monitoring the global regulatory environment to identify new and changing regulations and regulatory guidance that may impact DTCC and its regulated subsidiaries, working with key stakeholders within the organization to ensure that the impact is assessed, gaps are identified and remediated, and that key controls supporting regulatory compliance are in place. The Director of Regulatory Change Management will interface with all levels of DTCC management, including senior management. Your Primary Responsibilities: * Lead a team in the monitoring of the global environment to identify new and changing regulations potentially impacting DTCC's regulated subsidiaries leveraging horizon scanning tools and other sources. * Providing clear communication and guidance regarding relevant industry news and regulatory changes to business and support areas, including senior management. * Performing regulatory change assessments and coordinating with key stakeholders across DTCC, including First, Second and Third Line of Defense.
