* Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

 * Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program

 * Active Connecticut NP or PA license
 * Current certification required
 * Federal DEA license required
 * 3+ years of experience as a PA or Nurse Practitioner/APRN required
 * Proficiency with Epic EMR required
 * Experience working with medical, nursing, and multidisciplinary teams
 * Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and quality improvement projects
 * Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau, preferred
 * Strong interest in clinical informatics, healthcare technology, workflow improvement, and patient-care innovation
 * Must also meet qualifications for an available clinical APP position within the system
