(Ideal Applicants) ・Capable of structurally organizing issues based on user and site conditions, and consistently driving the process from problem redefinition to execution of improvements. ・Able to structure "what should be built" and "what the experience should be" by balancing user perspectives with business objectives. ・Can lead consensus building among multiple stakeholders to align understanding and move projects forward. ・Proactively drives progress in uncertain situations by formulating hypotheses and making independent decisions. ・Embraces the complexity of business processes and domains, translating fundamental premises and background contexts into concrete designs. ## Description Experienced members with highly specialized skills participate in various backgrounds.
