Experience working with Oracle and PL/SQL preferred. * Experience in Angular/React desired. ## Description We are modernizing our flagship cloud hosted (OCI) application BADGE from the current desktop version to a web based version. Need to be able to understand the code in the current desktop application to migrate to the new Web based application.
