 * Experience in guest services
 * Ability to stand for extended periods
 * Ability to push and pull up to 50 lbs. and carry up to 20 lbs.

 * Ability to operate office equipment
 * Ability to manage changing priorities and multiple assignments
 * Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
 * Ability to work effectively both as a team and independently
 * Thrives in a fast-paced environment
 * Solid computer skills, specifically Microsoft Office and use of the internet, Must have the ability to pass a background check and drug screening test.

This is a full-time position requiring schedule flexibility, reliability, and consistent adherence to assigned shifts and start times.
As our Guest Service Agent - Front Desk Associate, you'll warmly welcome guests, complete check-ins and check-outs, answer calls, process reservations and payments, share information about hotel services and local attractions, and respond to guest requests with professionalism and care.
