* Proven track record in underground utility, directional drilling, or conduit installation projects.
 * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, RFIs, and submittals using Bluebeam and MS Office.
 * Willingness to commit to 100% heavy travel along project corridors (Panguitch/US-89 region).
 * Exceptional leadership and communication skills to lead crews, handle inspector walkthroughs, and collaborate with project owners.
