Urgently Hiring for an experienced Data Management Specialist with advanced/proficient Microsoft Excel skillsets to join a Procurement Team in Boise, ID., The ideal candidate will possess strong data-entry accuracy and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, * Strong Microsoft Excel proficiency : including formulas, pivot tables, data entry, data matrix and spreadsheet management.

 * Excellent data-entry speed and accuracy.

 * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

 * Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

 * Effective written and verbal communication skills.

 * Comfortable performing routine, detail-intensive computer and administrative work.

 * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site office environment.
 * Applicant may be subject to a background check

## Description

This position is responsible for accurately managing and maintaining excel spreadsheets, entering purchase orders, maintaining vendor & item information, tracking orders & inventory, and performing general administrative duties.
Duties

 * Enter, review, and update purchase orders accurately and efficiently.

 * Maintain vendor, item, pricing, and purchasing data.

 * Track open orders and inventory information.

 * Create, update, and manage Excel spreadsheets and purchasing reports.

 * Use pivot tables, formulas, and other Excel functions to organize and analyze data.

 * Review records for errors, missing information, or discrepancies.

 * Communicate with vendors and internal team members regarding order information. Via e-mail primarily, with direct contact by Microsoft Team's calls, when necessary

 * Perform general email correspondence, data entry, filing, and office-support duties.

 * Maintain organized and accurate purchasing documentation.
