111 Sign is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to customers and internal teams, ensuring the smooth operation of printing equipment, software, and order systems., * Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding orders, design software, or online ordering platforms

 * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to design file uploads, order forms, and website/software functionality
 * Support internal staff with hardware, software, and printing equipment/system issues
 * Diagnose and escalate complex technical problems to appropriate teams or vendors
