Preferred

 * SAP S/4HANA experience.
 * Manufacturing environment experience.
 * CPQ or Product Configurator experience.
 * CSPO certification preferred.
 * SAFe experience or strong understanding of Agile development methodologies.

 * Strong business acumen.
 * Can effectively bridge business and technology teams.
 * Understands and incorporates user feedback into product direction.
 * Focused on strategy and roadmap ownership rather than solution design., * 5+ years as a Product Owner, Product Manager, etc.
 * Manufacturing experience, preferably with configurable or make-to-order products.
 * ERP implementation experience in Order Management, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain.
 * Experience leading enterprise integration projects.
 * Strong requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
 * Agile delivery experience.

* Own the product backlog and roadmap for CPQ and integration initiatives.
 * Gather requirements and translate business needs into solution designs.
 * Lead cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams.
 * Define business processes, user journeys, and integration requirements.
 * Partner with developers, architects, and implementation partners to deliver solutions.
 * Drive stakeholder alignment and successful execution.
