* 3+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data analysis.
 * Hands-on experience building and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports.
 * Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into reporting solutions.
 * Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
 * Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
 * Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leadership teams.
 * Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
 * Ability to balance multiple reporting priorities in a fast-paced environment., * Contact center, customer service, operations, or customer experience reporting experience.
 * Familiarity with metrics such as:
 + Service Level
 + Average Handle Time (AHT)
 + Customer Satisfaction (CSAT)
 + First Call Resolution (FCR)
 + Occupancy
 + Abandonment Rate
 + Volume Forecasting
 * Experience with Power Platform tools.
 * Exposure to data warehousing concepts.
 * Experience coordinating projects or reporting initiatives.
