What Would Make You Stand Out * Experience delivering AI-enabled product capabilities using both generative and non-generative models where outputs must be grounded, auditable, and human approved. * Experience designing evaluation frameworks and quality measurements for AI systems. * A track record of raising the engineering bar across multiple teams while remaining a hands-on technical leader. * Passion for solving complex systems problems and transforming them into elegant, dependable software. * A desire to help shape the future of AI-enabled enterprise implementations while continuing to grow your technical leadership., Proficiency in English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders, co-workers, managers and/or clients across the world. Further, our back office support teams, including but not limited to Human Resources, are primarily English speaking. Employees need to be able to communicate with these departments in English to appropriately administer their business relationship. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking co-workers, managers, stakeholders and/or clients, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement. ## Description As a Staff Developer, you will set the technical direction for how we design and build these agentic systems. You will own a product area or platform surface end-to-end, frame the hardest system-level problems, and raise the bar for every engineer around you. You will help define the engineering foundations of an AI-native product from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who already builds with AI every day, is energized by agentic systems and the challenges of making them reliable, and wants to solve ambiguous, high-impact problems across teams. You should be comfortable setting technical direction where the right answer is not yet known and the ground is still being mapped. If you are looking for well-scoped work, a mature and stable codebase, or a role where AI is a side interest rather than the core of the work, this is not that role.
