## About the Role

* Possess a 4 -year degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience.
 * 10+ years of verifiable experience providing enterprise and small business server and infrastructure support. Experience with multi-site enterprises is preferred.
 * Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communications skills.
 * Ability to create project deliverables including but not limited to design documents, SOWs, and technical documentation.
 * Ability to design and implement and lead POC projects.
 * Possess at least 1 or more of the following active/current certifications: PMP, VCP, MCSE, MCSA, CCA.
 * Advanced knowledge of many of the following technologies with the ability to provide advanced support to Network Engineers and other technical staff.
 * Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy.
 * Windows Server 2012/2016.
 * Windows Server (Clustering).
 * SAN ( EMC, Dell, IBM).
 * Server Virtualization (VMWare and Hyper-V).
 * Server Management ( Microsoft and VMware solutions).

## Description

* Participate in IT special projects and provide technical leadership and project management as directed.
 * Participate in projects that include support of Windows 2012/2016 based server infrastructures.
 * Participate in the design, implementation and delivery of Microsoft, VMware, and Citrix, for enterprise and SMB clients.
 * Collaborate with internal and external project teams to modify and improve processes where possible.
 * Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and other core operating system components in accordance with established policies and procedure.
