## About the Role

* Knowledge of control systems and communication protocols, such as Modbus, RS485, and CAN.
 * Ability to troubleshoot issues with test equipment as they arise.
 * Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn tasks.
 * Experience working safely around and hands-on with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) or related technologies.
 * Familiarity with energy storage systems and related technologies.
 * Experience with product testing and instrumentation tools.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Good technical writing skills.
 * Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook).

 * Execute product-specific test plans and procedures based on a specific set of instructions.
 * Collect and store test data.
 * Summarize findings in clear and concise reports.
 * Create records of test procedures, results, and observations.
 * Set up and operate testing equipment and instrumentation.
 * Collaborate with the test lead to drive tasks onsite.
