Must be able to remain calm, professional, and composed under high-pressure live broadcast environments. * Credentials: Valid U.S. driver's license required; a valid passport is preferred to support international travel. * Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year institution, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on technical experience. ## Description We are seeking a technically sharp and client-facing Broadcast IT Support Engineer to join a tight-knit 5-person support team maintaining the operational backbone of NBC Sports Group's infrastructure. In this role, you will provide hands-on desktop, studio production, and networking support-interfacing directly with all levels of the business to troubleshoot critical technical issues under pressure.
