## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Oracle NetSuite ERP.
 * Experience managing NetSuite implementations, upgrades, configurations, and customizations.
 * Good understanding of ERP business processes, particularly Finance and Accounting.
 * Experience with system integrations and APIs.
 * Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, security, and application support.
 * Experience managing IT teams, vendors, and external consultants.
 * Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

## Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Manager with strong NetSuite experience to lead IT operations, business systems, and technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NetSuite ERP, IT infrastructure, system integrations, and team management., * Manage and support the organization's NetSuite ERP environment.

 * Lead IT operations, business applications, and technology projects.
 * Partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and other business teams to improve system processes.
 * Manage NetSuite configurations, workflows, roles, permissions, and customizations.
 * Oversee integrations between NetSuite and third-party applications.
 * Identify opportunities to automate and improve business processes.
 * Manage IT vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
 * Lead system upgrades, implementations, enhancements, and migrations.
 * Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
 * Manage IT budgets, resources, and project priorities.
 * Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to the IT team.
 * Troubleshoot critical system and application issues and coordinate resolution.
