## About the Role

test fixtures incorporating robotics or other motion control systems, ensuring proper integration, calibration, and functionality Execute daily test protocols while monitoring system performance and ensuring test accuracy Debug and troubleshoot failures in electrical and mechanical components using systematic problem-solving approaches Perform device deployment, restoration, and configuration management for test equipment Maintain lab operations including timely resolution of open actions and general facility upkeep Collaborate with cross-location engineering teams to run experiments and validate test results Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent Proficiency in Python programming with strong debugging and troubleshooting capabilities Experience with diagnosing and repairing hardware faults, including electrical failures of key components and mechanical modifications to test fixtures
Experience with deploying and commissioning physical test fixtures that incorporate robotics or other motion control systems, including integration, calibration, and functional verification Hands-on experience deploying automated test fixtures including mechanical assembly and setup Familiarity with infrastructure management systems like Ansible or Puppet for configuration control Experience with shell scripting, networking protocols, and managing macOS systems Self-sufficient problem-solving abilities with excellent analytical and debugging skills Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with distributed teams
