The role blends operational support with project ownership and offers a clear path to become a subject-matter expert and product owner, shaping long-term strategy and vision., * Provide monitoring, incident response and ticket resolution for Windows Server, AD and virtualization infrastructure. * Automate repetitive tasks using PowerShell, Ansible and AI-assisted scripting. * Maintain and patch systems via SCCM, ensuring compliance and security. * Manage and troubleshoot VMware vSphere, Nutanix and Microsoft Hyper-V environments. * Administer Azure AD/Entra ID, AD Connect sync and PKI for identity and access management. * Support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform. * Create and maintain documentation, promoting knowledge sharing and shift-left practices. * Participate in and own project work across the technology stack. * Assist with cloud operations in Azure and Google Cloud Platform. * Continuously upskill to become a subject-matter expert within the team. ## Related Videos - [Hacking MSSQL on Cloud.
