Minimal weekend hours are required on occasion. * Provide excellent customer service and support for all employees * Perform hardware maintenance on laptops, desktops, and mobile devices * Install and configure hardware and software in a Windows environment * Support Microsoft Windows Operating systems and Microsoft Office 365 applications * Create and manage user accounts and security groups in Active Directory * Troubleshoot internet and network connectivity issues * Troubleshoot basic network printer issues and install printer toner and drums * Thoroughly document problem resolutions via ticketing system * Maintain a professional demeanor * Bi-lingual Spanish a plus, but not required, * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve laptop, desktop, and mobile device hardware issues * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Microsoft 365 and other Windows related software issues * Install and configure hardware and software on computers and mobile devices, including peripherals such as phones, printers, external drives, and other related hardware * Create, prepare, test and deploy hard drive images and be capable of supporting users in a virtual desktop environment * Perform basic wired and wireless network troubleshooting * Support remote employees and devices using remote access tools and VPN connectivity * Create and manage Active Directory user accounts and security groups * Perform system backup and restore files on computers during repairs and replacement computer deployments * Develop, document, and effectively communicate job processes, procedures, and ticket resolutions * Organize equipment, supplies and paperwork * Perform all other duties as assigned, We welcome every voice, and we are committed to building a truly inclusive environment where your differences are not just welcomed, they are celebrated.
