Join Turbomachinery Latin America as an Administrative Assistant and play a vital role in supporting our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our office while engaging with diverse teams and projects within the turbomachinery industry.

As an essential part of our organization, you will help maintain efficient workflows, manage communications, and ensure administrative tasks are handled with professionalism and accuracy.

Key Objectives

 * Provide comprehensive administrative support to enhance team productivity.
 * Coordinate office operations and communication channels effectively.
 * Assist in organizing meetings, managing schedules, and preparing documentation.
 * Ensure seamless interaction between internal departments and external partners., * Manage daily office operations including correspondence, filing, and record-keeping.
 * Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for team members.
 * Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
 * Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
 * Support procurement processes by liaising with vendors and managing office supplies.
 * Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and team activities.
 * Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
 * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure alignment and smooth operations.
