* 3+ years of experience with software development, digital strategies, analytics, or product management
 * Experience with projects using an Agile methodology, including Scaled Agile Framework, Scrum, or Kanban
 * Experience with Atlassian tools, including Jira and Confluence, and Agile Metrics
 * Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree
