Nice to have * Experience working on high-scale SaaS platforms. * Experience optimizing p95 and p99 latency. * Experience with event-driven architectures and message queues. * Experience with observability, tracing, profiling, and performance monitoring tools. * Experience designing multi-layer caching strategies. * Experience handling large datasets or high-volume data synchronization. ## Description We are looking for a Senior Backend Performance Engineer who will take ownership of backend performance across our clinet's platform. You will design and build the infrastructure required to keep the product exceptionally fast as traffic, data volume, and platform complexity continue to grow. This is not a traditional feature-focused backend role. You will work directly on caching, database performance, data synchronization, distributed systems, queues, background processing, networking, and custom infrastructure designed to eliminate latency at every layer.
