 * Strong skills in evaluating and interpreting LLM outputs to align with business outcomes.
 * Expertise in prompt engineering for domain-specific applications.

## Description

This role will focus on building and optimizing AI capabilities that support document understanding, summarization, and decision-making workflows. You will lead technical efforts from concept through production, partnering closely with data labelers, subject matter experts, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable solutions. The work will combine modern Python engineering, LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and statistical modeling to improve model quality and business outcomes., * Lead AI/ML projects from ideation to ongoing optimization.

 * Make high-level architectural decisions balancing system scalability and business impact.
 * Design and deploy AI features for medical document synthesis and summarization.
 * Develop hybrid machine learning solutions to enhance accuracy and scalability.
 * Write efficient, scalable code while optimizing existing systems in production.
 * Collaborate with data labelers and subject matter experts to improve AI model outputs.
 * Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and iterate on feedback.
