## About the Role

* 0-2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, help desk, or a related role
 * Basic understanding of computers, operating systems, networks, and common software
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
 * Patient and service-oriented approach to supporting users
 * Strong written and verbal English communication skills
 * Ability to explain technical issues clearly to non-technical users
 * Good organizational skills and attention to detail
 * Willingness to learn and take ownership of issues
 * Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

NICE TO HAVE

 * CompTIA A+, Google IT Support, or similar certification
 * Experience with Windows and macOS
 * Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
 * Experience with Jira, Zendesk, or other ticketing systems
 * Basic understanding of identity and access management
 * Familiarity with remote-support tools
 * Previous experience supporting a remote or distributed team

## Description

* Provide first-line technical support to employees
 * Respond to IT support requests and troubleshoot common issues
 * Assist with software, account, access, and connectivity problems
 * Support employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT perspective
 * Help configure and troubleshoot laptops, peripherals, and other workplace technology
 * Manage and document support requests and their resolution
 * Escalate more complex technical issues to the appropriate team
 * Maintain internal IT documentation and troubleshooting guides
 * Help manage software access, user accounts, and basic permissions
 * Support routine software and device setup
 * Identify recurring technical issues and suggest improvements
 * Help maintain an organized and reliable remote IT environment
