You will bring an ability to build and modularize infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (i.e. Terraform). * Programming Proficiency: Highly proficient in at least one modern programming language; strong preference for Python. * Systems Integration: Proven experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and querying and managing relational databases (SQL strongly preferred). * Automation Platforms: Extensive experience designing and managing centralized automation platforms (e.g., n8n, SOAR, Ansible, Workato, or custom frameworks). * Compliance Context: Experience operating in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, or similar) with exposure to SOC 2, HIPAA, or equivalent compliance frameworks. * Communication: Able to communicate effectively across a wide range of audiences - from engineers to GTM stakeholders, from individual contributors to executives. Bonus Points * Experience with agentic AI or ML models applied to IT automation (proactive issue detection, intelligent routing, NLP). ## Description As a Staff IT Engineer, you will be a technical leader responsible for driving efficiency and scale across the entire corporate IT infrastructure and enterprise ecosystem. You will design, build, and maintain mission-critical automation solutions that eliminate manual processes, enhance security posture, and improve the employee experience globally. This role requires deep engineering expertise, an IT product mindset for automation, and the ability to mentor junior team members while tackling the organization's most complex integration and scaling challenges. You will work directly with IT leadership, Security leadership, and department heads across the company.
