This is a business-facing, hands-on individual contributor role responsible for partnering with Finance, People, Legal, and Procurement to shape and deliver the roadmap, operations, integrations, compliance, and continuous improvement of Obsidian's core G&A systems portfolio, . You will help ensure platforms such as NetSuite, Adaptive, FloQast, ADP, Greenhouse, Pave, Concur, Prendio, ContractLogix, and ActiveDisclosure/DFIN remain scalable, secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs, while managing key vendor relationships and building the data, process, and integration foundations for a future ERP transformation. As a member of our Digital Solutions & Technology team, you will be a vital part of a highly collaborative group working to unlock the promise of precision cell therapy for patients, starting with our lead program amsoki-cel (OBX-115), a novel engineered tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) cell therapy that uses our proprietary cytoDRiVE® platform.
