## Description

* Assess existing GE Proficy infrastructure and develop comprehensive migration plans
 * Lead end-to-end GE Proficy migrations and provide post-migration support
 * Upgrade and migrate Kepware, GE iHistorian, Plant Applications, and related modules
 * Configure GE Proficy Plant Model and troubleshoot Plant Applications services and logs
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system compatibility and data integrity
 * Design and implement architecture changes for scalability and performance
 * Develop testing protocols, validation plans, and rollback procedures
 * Troubleshoot data flows and industrial communication protocols including OPC, MQTT, and Modbus
 * Maintain detailed project documentation, migration logs, configurations, and user guides
 * Provide after-hours/weekend support during migration and cutover activities
 * Provide on-call support during go-live periods
