## About the Role

The ideal candidate must have 5+ years of overall experience in IT, with a focus on the design and support of on-prem and hybrid Enterprise Microsoft Exchange Server solutions and environments. Multi-server, the multi-site experience is essential. Experience with server clustering and load balancing along with mobile device management solutions is a must. Candidates with active Microsoft Certifications are strongly preferred.

 * Messaging: Exchange Server 2016, Office 365, Exchange/Office 365 Hybrid.

 * Virtualization: VMware vSphere / vCenter, Hyper-V / Systems Center VMM.
