Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with AML, fraud detection, compliance, or case management solutions
 * Cloud deployment experience
 * Banking or financial services industry experience

## Description

* Install, configure, and optimize enterprise software applications

Deploy and support Java-based applications within Tomcat environments

 * Troubleshoot production and implementation issues
 * Create technical, customer-facing, and design documentation
 * Develop workflow processes, reporting solutions, and ETL processes
 * Write and optimize SQL queries for data migration and troubleshooting
 * Support MS SQL Server deployments and database administration activities
 * Collaborate with architects, project managers, and consulting teams
 * Conduct technical training and knowledge transfer sessions
 * Manage and escalate technical issues through resolution
 * Deliver high-quality customer support throughout implementation projects
