## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in Business, STEM, or a related field with minimum of 5 years of experience (or Master's degree with minimum of 3 years)
 * Expert-level proficiency in leading data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
 * SQL skills for efficient data extraction and integration across diverse datasets
 * Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated U.S. government Secret clearance (must be in-scope or enrolled in Continuous Evaluation) and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience in writing, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex SQL queries
 * Experience managing and maintaining SQL databases
 * Demonstrated ability to convert complex business challenges into data-driven insights
 * Excellent communication and collaborative skills
 * Experience to define, track, and visualize business and engineering metrics using advanced BI tools like Tableau and PowerBI
 * Expertise in developing and managing ETL processes
 * Experience in Python programming for data analysis, manipulation, and automation
 * Experience using version control systems such as Gitlab for collaborative development
 * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies for project management

## Description

* Lead the design and development of comprehensive dashboards and reporting solutions that integrate multiple data sources

 * Perform advanced data extraction using SQL combined with robust analysis in Excel and visualization using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar

 * Translate complex business requirements into actionable, visually engaging insights

 * Work closely with technical teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reports

 * Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data extraction, analysis, and visualization
