* 4+ years of hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter.
 * Strong experience with Guidewire SBT modules, Rating, and Product Model.
 * Experience configuring rating algorithms, rating rules, forms, and state-specific requirements.
 * Experience working with ISO and AAIS commercial lines products.
 * Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
 * Proficiency in GOSU scripting and Guidewire configuration.
 * Hands-on experience with Guidewire Studio and configuration best practices.
 * Experience translating business and actuarial requirements into Guidewire configuration solutions.
 * Strong understanding of commercial P&C insurance products, workflows, and rating principles.
 * Strong knowledge of P&C insurance regulatory and compliance frameworks., Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

## Description

* Serve as a Senior Engineer and provide technical direction to internal and external development teams.
 * Configure, maintain, and enhance Guidewire SBTs for commercial insurance products.
 * Develop and maintain Guidewire PolicyCenter Rating and Product Model configurations.
 * Translate ISO and AAIS standards into configurable Guidewire solutions using Product Designer and/or Advanced Product Designer (APD).
 * Customize rating algorithms, rating rules, forms, product models, and configuration components based on business and state-specific requirements.
 * Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Actuarial teams, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into Guidewire configurations.
 * Apply strong knowledge of commercial P&C insurance products, workflows, rating principles, and insurance processes.
 * Monitor insurance regulatory changes and coordinate timely updates to product and rating configurations.
 * Support multi-state product implementations and rollouts, ensuring configurations meet applicable state requirements.
 * Develop and maintain GOSU scripts and Guidewire configurations following established development standards.
 * Utilize Guidewire Studio and configuration tools to implement and maintain PolicyCenter functionality.
 * Support unit testing, system testing, rating validation, regression testing, and production deployment activities.
