The team owns two core products. The first is a centralized gateway between coding agents and leading model providers, giving enterprise customers visibility into usage, cost, authentication, and audit activity. The second establishes secure network boundaries around agents, controlling which services, domains, and methods they can access from within development environments. This is a hands-on Staff level role spanning Go backend services, distributed systems, security, developer tooling, provider integrations, and user-facing product features. You will work closely with product, design, enterprise customers, and external technology partners while contributing to a growing open-source ecosystem. What You'll Do * Design and deliver features across an enterprise AI-governance platform * Build distributed backend services in Go * Integrate with leading LLM providers and developer tools * Strengthen authentication, auditability, usage tracking, and network-policy controls * Contribute to TypeScript and React product functionality where appropriate * Improve open-source products used by enterprise engineering teams * Collaborate with customers to understand real-world security and governance requirements * Document architecture, implementation decisions, and operational tradeoffs * Support systems through production rollout, troubleshooting, and continued improvement * Move quickly from prototype to reliable enterprise implementation, Go, PostgreSQL, GCP, Kubernetes, gRPC, TypeScript, React, Vite, Prometheus, Grafana, and GitHub Actions.
